Since our inception our focus has been to help the CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting communities think and move differently and correctly, so we developed the Re-Habit Method. We use data-driven movement analytics to show each participant an honest and clear image of their technical limitations during specific movements. We highlight their strengths and weaknesses and provide a detailed plan to improve needed areas.
